On April 14, 2010 Continuum of Care, Inc., a New Haven based provider of residential and support services, unveiled its newest residence, Margaret B. Mack Apartments, at 34-40 Batter Terrace in the West River neighborhood of New Haven. A number of federal, state, and local dignitaries attended the event.
